Drug Charge Defense-23_edited.png

Violating the terms of probation can be done very easily and the consequences are sometimes severe. A person on probation may be required to remain in the county or state, pay fees and restitution, perform various community service activities, find and maintain a job, attend classes, and timely report to a probation officer.

While on probation an individual is not permitted to carry a firearm, associate with known felons, violate the law or visit establishments that sell alcohol.

If you violate the terms of probation, you can be arrested and held in jail until you have a hearing in front of a judge. If the judge finds that you did violate the terms of probation, you can be sentenced to the maximum term of the original charge, which is some instances can be severe. Moreover, you can receive extra punishment for the violation, and other collateral consequences.

Let me review your case and formulate a strong defense.
