After We've received the evidence in your case and thoroughly gone through it together, the negotiation process between the State and I begins.

 

At this stage we painstakingly review each and every piece of evidence including:

1. The warrant and its probable cause,

2. Any audio or video recordings,
   Written and oral statements from any witnesses or the police  

3. Tools used by the police, 

4. Police reports, and

5. The scene of the alleged crime to name just a few.
